Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our friendly team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and successful store operation. Weekend Availability is a must.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
◦ Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
◦ Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized service.
◦ Offer styling advice and assist customers in selecting outfits.
◦ Answer customer inquiries regarding products, store policies, and promotions.
◦ Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
◦ Handle returns and exchanges professionally.
Store Operations:
◦ Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
◦ Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
◦ Ensure adherence to store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and active listening abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
Experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system preferred.
Basic cash handling and register operation skills.
Availability to work weekends is essential.
Benefits:
Part-time and or Full-time position (20-35 hours per week).
