URTHWEAR is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Sales Associates to join our team at the location in San Ramon's Bishop Ranch City Center. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of URTHWEAR, providing exceptional service, assisting customers in finding the perfect pieces, and supporting store operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment and be a key part of our brand's presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide an elevated shopping experience, answering questions, offering styling advice, and assisting them in selecting URTHWEAR pieces that fit their needs. Drive sales by promoting our latest collections and special promotions.
Cash & Card Transactions: Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Ensure that all cash and card transactions are handled securely and efficiently, following company procedures.
Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Help with organizing the store, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
Inventory Support: Support inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, restocking merchandise, and conducting stock counts. Keep an eye on product availability and communicate any shortages or replenishment needs to the manager.
Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store displays, ensuring that merchandise is presented according to URTHWEAR’s visual guidelines. Refresh product displays as needed to attract customer attention and increase sales.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a positive work environment. Assist the Store Manager with additional tasks as needed, and be a flexible team player during busy periods.
Qualifications:
Passion for fashion and a keen interest in the URTHWEAR brand
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Dependable and punctual with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during the pop-up season
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
