About the Role
As a Store Associate at DubDub, you will be the face of our business, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our retail and tournament activities. Your passion for gaming and customer service will help create a welcoming and exciting environment for our community.
What You’ll Do
Assist customers with game station setup and troubleshooting
Provide excellent customer service and support
Help organize and facilitate gaming tournaments and events
Maintain inventory and restock gaming merchandise as needed
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Keep the store environment clean and organized
Cleaning and sanitizing game stations
Vacuuming store daily
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and occupancy targets
Respond to customer inquiries and provide gaming recommendations
Who You Are
Passionate about gaming and esports culture
Familiar with popular games like Fortnite and League of Legends
Strong customer service and communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Detail-oriented and reliable
Retail experience is a plus but not required
Availability to work weekends and some holidays
