TENNIS STATION IS LOOKING FOR A NEW TEAM MEMBER!
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and personable individual to help us build lasting relationships with customers in our tennis/ pickleball retail store. Whether you are helping someone find the proper equipment or answering questions about various types of racquets, paddles, strings, shoes, grips, etc., we want you to share a passion for assisting amazing customers. Tennis players of all levels are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
● Ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
● Knowledge of tennis and pickleball products.
● Continually develop skills relevant to the role.
● Maintain both a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist customers in purchase of racquets, paddles, shoes, and other accessories.
Guide customers in racquet and demo program.
Engage in face-to-face customer service
Stand during shift and use of hands/fingers while servicing racquets in need of grips, tape, etc.
Regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh less than five pounds
Operate computers, cash register and credit card machines.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
