Warehouse Fulfillment & Sales Role for HitchFire

We are a small but quickly growing company in the outdoor hardgoods space in need of a reliable fulfillment and sales manager. Given our size your responsibilities will be broad in nature and will include sales and customer service activities, order fulfillment and helping prepare for and attend tradeshows from time to time. This is a part-time position to start with but will grow into a full time position as the company grows and we approach our busy season early next year. You must be detail oriented, friendly, organized and reliable to be successful in this position. We also will require you pass a background check prior to employment.

Our inventory is heavy and weighs between 50 and 80 lbs. so this is a physically demanding job and you must be prepared and able to perform under the assumption that you might be fulfilling orders without assistance.

Additional requirements below.

● Retrieve and print ecommerce orders each morning

● Execute order picking, packing, shipping.

● Assist with warehouse stocking.

● Assist with inventory management.

● Assist in maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.

● Detail-oriented and organized.

● Positive work ethic and interest in working as a team.

● Ability to operate a pallet jack and fork-lift

● Ability to stand and walk throughout a warehouse the majority of the working day.

● Computer skills include logging into retailer portals to process order information and entering orders into our order management system. Microsoft office and Excel experience are preferred.
