We are a Bay Area business specializing in residential mesh and hard-wired WiFi network installations. Looking to add a solid A/V technician with home automation experience onto the team.
Job responsibilities include:
- doing walkthroughs at customer homes
- consulting with customers on A/V and smart home installations (ideal if there is training or current certification in a system such as Control 4, Savant, Crestron, etc) – including system design and installation of existing hardware
- troubleshooting and installing A/V systems, especially Sonos
- installing eero mesh WiFi systems
- working with our engineer to install Ubiquiti systems
Bonus if skillset includes:
- reviewing potential wiring routes while on-site to provide an estimate for labor hours on low-voltage wiring
- terminating and installing low-voltage wiring
- experience with networking
- experience with eero or Ubiquiti
