Brelje and Race Laboratories is a California ELAP and TNI certified water testing laboratory, that has been family owned and operated in Downtown Santa Rosa for 57 years. We are looking for a Laboratory Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibilities would be assisting in the Microbiology Lab. Duties will include media preparation, glassware washing and sterilization, neutralizing sample waste, running pH, Total Alkalinity, and adhering to all required Quality Control. This is a great opportunity to expand your laboratory skills, and gain valuable experience while making a positive impact on the community and environment.
A good candidate is punctual, possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail, is willing to learn, able to self-supervise and a committed team player.
Part or full time work hours will be considered.
