Calidad Services, Inc. (PPO# 120404) is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Armed Security Guards to join our team at a premier licensed cannabis dispensary in Pacifica, CA. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Safety: Ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and the property, both inside and outside the dispensary.
Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
Enforce Rules: Monitor adherence to dispensary rules and take action when necessary to protect the integrity of the property.
Security Tasks: Perform regular check-ins, patrols, and other security-related duties, as well as respond to any incidents.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date security logs and reports.
Facility Upkeep: Ensure the lobby remains clean, presentable, and secure at all times.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Active BSIS Certified California Guard Card.
Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit and ownership of a firearm.
Taser Certification and ownership of a taser (or willingness to obtain certification).
Completion of 40 hours of BSIS Continuing Education (CE) and possession of corresponding certificates.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Professional demeanor: Stay alert, aware, and focused throughout your shift. Personal phone usage is not allowed while on duty.
Must be reliable and able to commit to assigned shifts—dependability is a must.
