Job Description:
As a Security Guard at Beaux, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary duties will include monitoring the premises, ensuring compliance with club policies, managing crowd control, and responding swiftly to any incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and screen patrons upon entry to ensure compliance with age.
- Monitor the venue and its surroundings to prevent and address potential safety concerns.
- Respond to and de-escalate conflicts or disturbances in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with management and local authorities when necessary.
- Conduct regular checks of the premises, including exits and restrooms.
- Enforce all club rules, including capacity limits and alcohol regulations.
- Assist in emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physical fitness and stamina for standing, walking, and occasional physical intervention.
- Have a Guard card a plus, but not required.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
