$50/hr CCW Events Security Agents Needed for Sept & October Special Events Security Officers - San Francisco /Bay AreaWe have immediate openings for Special Events Security Officers who are ready to join our group of professionals and deliver the ultimate customer experience at one of our high-end events!Competitive pay rates start at $50/hrSpecific Duties:Monitor, control, patrol, and secure physical access to the protected event venue.Implement security policies and procedures related to perimeter securityTake initiative to proactively ensure the safety and security of event attendees by identifying and neutralizing potential threats to personnel and property.Maintain effective communication with other team members and event coordinators.Control access to authorized material(s) in and out of the venue.Respond to emergencies such as medical, natural disasters and/or direct imminent threats, as well as alarms such as fire and intrusion while following emergency response procedures.In case of an incident, conduct investigatory interviews, collect data for the investigation reports, and provide a summary to the Team Leader(s), Event Coordinator(s) and/or Law Enforcement.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:High School diploma (or GED) required or any equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and/or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this positionMust have a valid CA Guard CardMinimum 2 years security experience requiredPrevious law enforcement or military experience a plus but not requiredAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to stand and/or walk for extended periods of timePosses exceptional customer service skills and ability to interface professionally with all levels of internal and external customersBackground check required.
