JOB DESCRIPTION:
Full-Time professional and experienced unarmed security guards needed for commercial buildings and apartment community. Immediate openings available.
DUTIES:
Actively conducting foot and vehicle patrol of the property.
Record activities in a detailed Daily Activity Report and Incident Reports as needed through an app.
Remain alert and vigilant throughout the shift.
Respond to client request for security as needed.
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH

REQUIREMENTS:
Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
Must have good moral character and integrity.
Must have good hygiene and be able to wear a uniform in a professional manner.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be willing to submit to criminal background checks and drug screen.
Must have reliable transportation options.
EDUCATION:
Must have High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California ID or DL and be at least 21 years of age.
Social Security Card.
Guard card
