Seeking someone comfortable with the Castro community. Must have a naturally welcoming, positive demeanor. This is a high volume establishment, with a significant following of regular customers. The right person will be a strong communicator, exceptionally patient, skilled at deescalating situations, and have a keen desire to keep guests safe; so that they can have a great time.
Previous guard experience required. Must either have Guard Card or willingness to get one.
Schedule is flexible but nights and weekends are required.
