The Sales Associate is the face of our store—welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a personalized shopping experience. This role combines sales floor duties with occasional delivery support, so flexibility, professionalism, and reliability are essential.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting products that suit their preferences and needs
Communicate effectively with leadership and team members, and ask for help when needed
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong brand relationships
Educate shoppers on current promotions, featured items, and usage guidelines
Follow all store procedures, including accurate cash handling and register operations
Greet every customer with a friendly, professional demeanor
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
Maintain clean, organized displays and ensure proper product representation
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and store initiatives
Support customer deliveries on an as-needed basis—must be comfortable driving company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record.
Uphold city and state compliance regulations at all times
We Require:
21 years or older
A people-first mindset— outgoing, approachable, and confident on the sales floor
Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
Adaptable in a fast-changing retail environment
Bilingual skills are a plus!
Clean DMV record
Confidence in upselling and cannabis product recommendations
Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
Proficiency with POS systems and handling cash
Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
Strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills
Successful completion of a background check
Willing to drive a company vehicle to assist with deliveries
