The Anyday team is seeking experienced Event Sales Specialists to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, these people will be enthusiastic ambassadors of the brand, conducting roadshow product demonstrations at Costco locations, with the goal of educating members on the benefits, features, and value of our microwave cookware, and converting buying interest into purchases.

Position Overview:
● Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging and educational product demonstrations at Costco locations, educating members on the life-changing benefits, features, and value of
Anyday cookware
● Shopper Engagement: Interact with Costco members, explain product details and functionality, answer FAQs, all while creating a positive and memorable brand experience. Help them envision their life once they have Anyday in their kitchens.
● Selling Success: Actively promote and drive sales of Anyday cookware during roadshows, with the goal to convert buying interest into purchases.
● Brand Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Anyday products, materials, and technology to effectively communicate our function and value with shoppers.
● Product Inventory: Assist in managing, merchandising and replenishing inventory during roadshows, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
● Recapping & Reporting: Complete regular recaps on roadshow performance, including key metrics such as sales, member interactions, and feedback.
● Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with Costco staff and management to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment during roadshows.
● Brand Representation: Ensure that all interactions align with Anyday’s brand identity and values.
Qualifications:
● Direct sales OR product demonstration experience is preferred (outside sales, roadshows, etc.)
● Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers
● Strong verbal communication skills
● Email and basic computer / mobile device skills
● Responsible and eager to learn with willingness to be flexible
● Work independently and engage people
● Familiarity or experience with cookware or kitchen products is a plus
● Cooking skills or experience in the culinary industry is a plus
● Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Requirements:
● Ability to complete 10 consecutive days of work, local or travel may be required. Some overtime may be required.
● Reliable transportation
● Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
● Ability to stand for extended periods of time
● Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location
● High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education is a plus
Compensation plus competitive commission:
● $23/hr. + Competitive commission structure on all products sold during roadshows.
● Benefits and perks include: health insurance, 401(K) with match, 2 weeks paid vacation, and paid sick leave.
● This position requires some travel, which is covered by Anyday
Costco Roadshow Program Schedule:
● Program launches in the Bay Area in September
● Costco Roadshow work is 10 consecutive days at 1 warehouse location, followed by 4 days off. Daily schedule pending, could include full workdays or AM/PM shifts.
