We are part of a corporation which owns 11 Dealerships in the bay area and are activity looking for more franchises to add. We are looking for someone with good work ethics and a strong mouth piece to turn shoppers into buyers. Help us maintain profit as well as having the highest CSI in mind. This position has limitless income possibility's, This position can be one of the highest paid positions in this dealership.
Our idea candidate: Automotive experience with at least 2 years. Not the sit around waiting for business type of Managers Proactive, Great motivator, Trainer and always ready to generate business, Strong Closing capabilities, excellent on the phones, helps sales do follow up calls, Aggressively up sell & holding gross with CSI in mind 100% of the time, Proven track record of success, Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong customer service skills, A consistent work ethic, Desire to become a key player in a fast paced high intensity dealership, Keeping 100% accountability and follow company processes, High energy, Manager exits customers, taking t.o's, Able to adjust and learn new skills, Strong Negotiating skills, Some computer skills and time management skills.
