Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for selling HVAC systems and services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HVAC products, and the ability to identify and address customer needs to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet with potential clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide customized solutions.

2. Present and sell HVAC systems, service plans, maintenance agreements, and related products.

3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales estimates, quotes, and proposals.

4. Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

5. Maintain and build strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

6. Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

8. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

9. Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

10. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the business presence if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in HVAC or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and services.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

6. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.

7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC sales.

2. HVAC certifications or technical knowledge.

3. Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and green building solutions.
