District Office Hiring For 2 Positions!
For the 1st Career Opportunity, we have an Agent that is looking to retire, so we are looking for someone who's interested in taking over his book of business. We are looking for someone to not only continue to maintain his current book of business, but to also continue growing it and building on it as well.
(You also have the option of starting your own Agency from the ground up.)
For the 2nd position, we are looking to hire someone for a sales and customer service role as a Protégé for one of our Farmers Agents. As a Protégé for our District Office, you will be a part of a 1 year training program where you will be supporting the Agent by providing sales and customer service assistance to their clients in their Agency. After 1 year in this position, you will be given the opportunity to become an entrepreneur and own your own Agency or you may chose to remain working under the Agent.
All roles are within the San Jose/Santa Clara area.
