Wholesale and Manufacturing Sales Representative for Doors, windows and building Products.
We're a growing wholesale/manufacture company selling High-end Bi-fold door, Multi slide door, Pivot Door, and windows. We distribute our products through network of independent dealers and distributors and contractors.
you will provide product/service, information, make design suggestions, create quotes, follow up and close the sale with accuracy and efficiency, create a document orders.
We want you and customers to have fun experience through the process. It is a very positive product since most customer love and look forward to make houses/buildings up to trend and enjoyable.
Key responsibilities:
-Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients in the wholesale fields
-Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
-Engage and identify customers’ needs and provide design suggestions for doors, windows and building materials
-Create accurate, complete quotes using Quickbooks/ Online quoting tools (odoo.com)
-Meet personal/customer service team call, quote, and sales targets
-Handle customer service calls and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Generate leads via social media and out-reach to local and national businesses.
- Support operations team with receiving materials and staging jobs in busy periods

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma, Bachelors’ degree preferred

Compensation:
Salary $4000 to $6000 to during probation period
Base Salary + Commission + Bonus after probation period.
