We are a fast-growing Indoor Digital Billboard company on a mission to help the local business community by promoting shop local. Our unique technology and approach allows local businesses to tell their stories via engaging 15–30 second ads displayed on TVs installed in local establishments. We partner with local businesses to host our TVs, in exchange for our creative services. We promote the hosts to multiple non-competing business locations to build visibility and support their growth.

Our network of screens offer ad slots to local advertisers and PSA, creating a sustainable ecosystem of community-based advertising and promoting shop local. We are passionate about helping businesses thrive and are looking for a driven, personable sales representative who shares our vision to join our team.

We are a full-service marketing agency and offer a wide range of digital marketing services.

About the Role

We are looking for a Local Business Outreach & Advertising Sales Representative This is a relationship-focused sales role where you will engage with local business owners to build partnerships and explain the benefits of our indoor digital billboard network. Unlike traditional door-to-door sales, this role is not about high-pressure tactics or convincing uninterested parties. Instead, you’ll focus on identifying and connecting with businesses that already value marketing and can see how our service supports their growth.

You’ll also help bring advertisers into the network, offering them an affordable, high-impact way to promote their business in the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Outreach: Build relationships with local business owners and explain the benefits of hosting or advertising on our indoor digital billboards.

- Building Host Partnerships: Engage with local businesses to educate them on the benefits of hosting our digital billboards as part of a bartering agreement.

- Education and Value Communication: Explain the value of our platform to prospective clients, ensuring they understand how this can elevate their visibility and growth.

- Ad Sales: Identify and onboard local advertisers who would benefit from exposure through our TV network.

- Autonomous Work: Manage your day-to-day activities independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team.

- Progress Updates: Provide regular updates on outreach efforts, signed agreements, and overall progress.

Requirements

- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.

- Familiarity with local businesses and an interest in helping them grow.

- Reliable transportation to meet with local business owners (if applicable).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are a plus, as they can help connect with a diverse range of local business owners.

Compensation

This is a stipend + commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for driven and ambitious individuals. Your earnings will grow with every screen installed (you do not do the installation) and advertiser signed up, and you’ll benefit from a residual income stream through recurring commissions.

- Per Screen Agreement: Starting at $100 per screen, with higher rates for volume.

- Per Advertiser Signed Up: Commission based on package tiers (e.g., starting at $100 + percentage of ad spend).

- Performance Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly bonuses for achieving milestones.

- Residual Commission: A percentage of monthly advertiser revenue for the first 6–12 months after onboarding.
