Description
We are seeking a dedicated Medicare Agents to join our team. As a Medicare Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in navigating and selecting appropriate Medicare plans. You will be working closely with established medical groups in your area. We will assist in any training you need.
As part of your job, you will be responsible for learning and staying up to date on all Medicare plans and options. We make that easy by providing you with a processing center, online & phone application enrollment system, quote generating tools, marketing & advertising co-op.
Responsibilities
Evaluate clients' healthcare needs and provide comprehensive information on various Medicare plans and options.
Assist clients in enrolling or making changes to their Medicare plans, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' eligibility for Medicare assistance programs, such as extra help or Medicaid.
Stay current on Medicare regulations, coverage changes, and any new healthcare trends that may affect clients' coverage options.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
Valid state insurance license to sell Medicare products.
CA Health License & E&O Coverage
Strong understanding of healthcare insurance terminology, including deductibles, copayments, and out-of-pocket expenses.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in completing paperwork and resolving customer inquiries.
Pay Rates
Full commission pay.
Location
Our office resides in Brentwood, CA but we are looking for agents all over California. Especially those who are in the area of Sonoma County, Napa County or Contra Costa county.
