We are a fast growing luxury home furnishings company seeking an Online Fulfillment and Sales Associate in our retail store in Corte Madera Town Center. Anthem welcomes all to draw inspiration from our unique selection of home décor.
We seek customer oriented professionals who want to take on new responsibilities. We look for individuals with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Experience in online fulfillment is a plus for this position. We are looking for candidates interested in working at least 3 days a week that includes one weekend day.
Anthem has retail locations in San Francisco, Burlingame, Menlo Park, Marin, and Healdsburg. Our stores feature high end home furnishings and accessories, tabletop, bed and bath décor, and gift items. We have been steadily growing and expanding since opening our first San Francisco store in 2008.
Position: Online Fulfillment and Sales Associate
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Fulfillment and Sales Associate to join our team. This dual-role position involves fulfilling online orders accurately and efficiently, assisting customers on the sales floor, and operating our Point of Sale system and Online system, Shopify, for order processing. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent multitasking abilities and a passion for home interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Order Fulfillment:
Process and fulfill online orders accurately and in a timely manner. Access online inventory system to locate product.
Route orders to appropriate location for fulfillment
Pick, pack, and ship products as needed, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
Customer Service and Sales:
Assist customers on the sales floor with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for in-store transactions as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or online order fulfillment.
Proficiency with POS systems and Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of home interiors and a passion for home decor is a plus.
Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs.
This position requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
Flexible working hours, including some weekend days.
