Position Overview:
We’re seeking a driven, self-motivated individual with strong rapport-building skills and a passion for sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and enjoys meeting new people. You’ll be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, property walk-throughs, and following up on leads via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling and property visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Follow up on leads using phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
Schedule presentations for leadership and production teams
Track weekly activity and manage contacts using CRM software
Represent the company with professionalism and confidence
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
Valid driver’s license
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
