Cartwright Painters is the premier painting contractor in the Bay Area. We are seeking an experienced sales individual to serve as a sales estimator for residential and commercial painting projects. We are looking for someone with experience in setting accurate sales prices based on labor costs, material costs and margin adder for the company. You are a person with excellent communication skills, integrity, honesty, hard working, like-able and commitment to our company. The ideal candidate has at least two years in the painting industry and in a sales estimator position. This position is pivotal in helping us expand our client base and maintain excellent relationships with existing and future customers. Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and engaging potential clients, showcasing our work, and scheduling estimates.
Maintaining ongoing communication to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Ensuring timely completion of essential documents such as proposals and change orders.
Following up with clients on quotes and negotiating to secure project contracts.
Collaborating with office staff to assign personnel effectively.
Conducting initial site assessments with clients and foremen to discuss project scope.
Facilitating smooth workflow through consistent communication with employees and clients.
Performing regular check-ins with staff, customers, and office personnel.
Conducting site visits during projects to verify work meets proposal specifications.
Conducting final walkthroughs with foremen and clients post-project to ensure satisfaction.
Accountability for meeting quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Very Important)
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
