Job Description:
"RRB Coordinator:" Fast-moving, highly demanding, multi-tasking job focused on maintaining and helping the daily operations of a busy music school. This job works in conjunction with the roles & responsibilities of the full-time Office Manager. Main duties include recruiting new band members, sales, community outreach & networking, as well as welcoming and directing students and their families, coordinating class schedules, and answering phone calls, emails, and texts. Handling customer-related matters for our students and their families. Selling music classes by responding to new student inquiries in a timely manner, handling all enrollment steps, and following up.
Duties will also include community reach-out, band recruitment, social media posting, newsletter creation (Mailchimp), creating fliers on Canva, sales calls, follow-ups & relationship building, which is the most important part of this job.

Days & Hours Schedule: (Monday - Friday)
TBD; approximately 1 - 7PM
(1 - 2 +/- hour may have some flexibility with hours)
Job Type: Part-time
Work Location: Santa Cruz location
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience & fit)
