It’s no secret that winter is coming. However, we have had unprecedented leads, estimates, gross revenue, 5 star reviews, and continued work.

I’ve been in the business for 20 years. I started the company in CA 10 years ago. 3 years ago it was just me on ladders, making $300gross. Now we have 12 painters and 4 carpenters. In only 3 years I alone now sell over $1.5m, and I still have to run the company. I can’t keep up with the sales and also developing the company. Imagine what you could do just selling. We need you, and I know you can sell $2m+ a year, and the commission is all yours.

I’m looking for someone who wants to join a company that is on pace to do $1.8m in sales this year and help us reach $5m in annual sales over the next two years and $10m in annual sales over the next 4 years. I want someone who gets excited about the idea of leading our sales efforts from the front and then building and developing a team to exponentially increase our efforts. I want someone who will see themselves as my partner in growing this company, which means sharing my vision for blessing our neighbors in the Bay Area and wanting to better the lives of all of our team members. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t get tired of interfacing with people all day, in fact it fires them up and they would love to spend their entire work week helping people figure out the best way to make their property more beautiful, functional, and stable.

Does this sound like you? Does this get you excited? You might be exactly who I am looking for.

Schedule your own estimates with homeowners. Run estimates at people’s homes and support them in their decision making process.

Use our estimating software to create comprehensive estimates.

Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with all leads in every stage of their customer journey.
