Job Description:
The Sales/Cashier is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, accurately processing transactions, and assisting customers in selecting the right products. This role requires maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient sales environment while supporting overall store operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greeting customers warmly and assist with product inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Accurately process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain an organized and clean sales area, restocking as needed to ensure product availability.
Track and manage cash register balances, ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation at the end of shifts.
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and support upselling efforts.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and involve upper management when necessary.
Ensure accurate data entry in the sales system to maintain up-to-date records.
Follow company dress code: clean and professional attire with a company-issued uniform.
Work an 8-hour shift, with flexibility to accommodate peak business hours.
Keep the workspace clean and organized at all times.
Proactively assist other team members and contribute to overall store efficiency beyond assigned duties.
