Your job will be to assist people with their cycling needs and dreams. You will be part of a team that consistently earns high marks across all review sites. Your enthusiasm for cycling will be key to success. Being around bikes and bike people has to be a passion for you as it is for us!
We have been in business for 45 years and known for much lower turnover than most in the local cycling world. We have thrived as a family business with the same ownership and management that entire time. We set up a compensation plan that allows employees to work together and not pit them against each other.
We cater to a wide range of customers and require personal attention to everyone that walks into our door.
Prior experience in a bicycle shop is great but enthusiasm for helping people and matching our products and services to their needs is key. Enthusiasm for cycling is a must. You will be on your feet most of the time, greeting people, finding out why they've come in and making their visit worthwhile.
Your duties would include helping customers with products and ringing up sales. During the times when there are not customers in the store, your duties will include cleaning the sales floor, inventory counts, and training.
Excellent command of English is required; being able to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
