We have found that our customers want to buy but they do not want to be “sold.” The candidate we select will be someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from and closes the deal. Compensation:
Expect to earn between 75K – 125K. Benefits include vacation and holiday pay, 401K, health insurance
