Job Description:

Client Engagement - Develop new business partnerships for NSI Systems and continue to build on these partnerships to create lasting business relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Sales Strategy – Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Consultative Selling – Understand client needs and challenges in order to offer customized security integration solutions that exceed expectations.

Market Research - Identify, understand, and gather information on the marketplace to provide potential customers with accurate information.

Requirements:

Experience with Access Control systems and be familiar with Lenel/S2 and Genetec systems.

Excellent communication with clients and within the organization.

Results Driven / Self Motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Team Player that will collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
