Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a remote position, for an Independent Sales Representative at Davlin Coatings. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting Davlin's innovative elastomeric coatings. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, preparing sales strategies, conducting market research, and delivering product presentations to potential and existing customers. Additionally, the representative will play a key role in achieving sales targets and building long-term client trust.

Qualifications

Sales Skills: Strong proficiency in business-to-business (B2B) sales, account management, client acquisition, and relationship building.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to explain technical information effectively.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with elastomeric coatings, construction or architectural materials, or industrial product sales is an advantage.

Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct market research, track industry trends, and gather insights to inform sales strategies.

Organizational Skills: Strong time management, goal setting, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Relevant Experience: Prior experience in coatings, construction materials, or related industries, as well as a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Additional: Knowledge of sustainable building practices or certifications in sales is a plus.
