We Are Seeking 3 Senior Business Development Managers (with books of business) to cover SF, North Bay East Bay, Peninsula and South Bay - Meat Distribution

Company Overview: Join an established & growing, innovative meat distribution company focused on quality, service, and expanding market reach. We are looking for 3 dynamic Senior Business Development Managers to drive brand strategy, product innovation, and channel development.
This highly experienced role is essential to achieving our ambitious growth and profitability targets.
Position Summary:As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll play a critical role in steering our brand’s trajectory, driving the success of business strategies, and enhancing brand equity. You’ll manage the development and execution of sales plans, oversee sales/brand initiatives, and utilize your establishedbook of business to achieve both new consumer engagement and business growth objectives.
Reporting to senior leadership/equity partner, this role will directly manage sales growth in your already established territory, and collaborate across operations, logistics, sales, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning: Develop and implement your executive business plan to meet volume, revenue, and profitability targets, setting strategic goals that align with business objectives. Collaborate with operations, logistics, forecasting, and purchasing to manage the brand portfolio
Channel Development:Develop and execute your new channel strategies to capitalize on brand opportunities, to refine strategic selling approaches. Currently, we service restaurants, supermarkets, catering, food trucks, etc.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of experience in sales, or MBA with 3-5 years of experience in meat distribution.
Skillset & Traits: Demonstrated success in proactive & outbound sales and brand strategy. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills are essential.Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Creative thinker with a team-oriented mindset.
Financial Aptitude: Proven proficiency in pricing, minimums and financial & account management, within the meat distribution industry.
Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
