Garton Tractor is looking to add a salesperson for the Fairfield location. This position would be outside sales, full time, full commission compensation with a very reasonable draw for the right person to develop territory and a customer base.
Sales territory is quite large and diverse, the Fairfield location is strategically positioned in the heart of bountiful agriculture land. The store is responsible for covering 100% of Solano and Napa counties and portion of Sacramento. Yolo and Contra Costa counties.
The ideal person would have an AG background with experience in orchard, row crop, and hay and forage equipment, with the ability to switch hats into the Construction equipment market which has great potential in all areas.
With the equipment available to the right person, this will be a very rewarding position for a high energy, personable, honest individual that wants to partner with their customers for mutual success.
