My Remodeling Group is California’s premier design-build company, known for our full-service approach to remodeling, additions, ADUs, and high-end electrical upgrades. With an in-house showroom, design team, and licensed electricians, we’re a one-stop solution for homeowners.
Now, we’re expanding—and looking for a motivated, professional Sales Specialist focused on Electrical Projects to join our team.
What You’ll Sell:
Full home rewiring (including knob-and-tube replacement)
Subpanel & main panel upgrades
EV charger installation
Lighting design & LED upgrades
Smart home integration
Generator installs
Code compliance upgrades & PACE/financing solutions
Your Role:
Run pre-qualified appointments with warm homeowner leads
Conduct in-home assessments and close deals on the spot
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and electricians
Educate clients on benefits of safety upgrades and energy efficiency
Follow up on proposals and maintain CRM records
What You Bring:
Proven experience in electrical or home improvement sales
Strong closing skills and technical knowledge
Professional appearance, punctuality, and communication
Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
Valid driver’s license
