Job Opportunity at Fringe & Fern Collective in Walnut Creek
We're seeking full-time or part-time renters/independent contractors, particularly Barbers, Hairstylists, and/or Cosmetologists with an existing client base. We have openings for multiple booth rentals!
About Us:

- We're a barbershop and hair salon conveniently located near Broadway Plaza and Kaiser in south downtown Walnut Creek.
- We provide booth space, complimentary samples (backbar), a variety of beverages for clients, and three hours free parking in the garage along with ample metered parking nearby.
- We are mainly an R+Co & R+Color salon, but also supply Innersense, Odouds, and ADH.
- Our salon space is just under 1000 square feet with 6 stations (1 more coming soon) one bathroom and utility room.
Help Us Get to Know You:
- If you're seeking an independent space for your hair services but prefer salon roommates over neighbors, we may be a good fit. Please share your social media, websites, resumes, or any relevant information for consideration.
Monthly Booth Rental Costs:
- Full Time: $1500 (or less with retail refferals) monthly for 4 days or more a week for FT discount. With seller's permit $2000. Has 24/7 access.
- Part Time: $420 to $1175 (or less with retail refferals) monthly. Discount PT is not eligible for having a seller's permit. Has access from 1 to 3 days a week, sharing a station.
- Both options include free backbar and use of towels and capes; bring your own tools and supplies.
- Weekly payment options available. Referral rewards and additional discounts possible with non-sellers permit for selling 1 or more items independently per month instead of referring clients to shop with the salon.
