Position Overview:
As a Scalp Specialist at Cosh, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional scalp treatments and providing a relaxing experience for our clients. You will be responsible for performing a range of services designed to improve scalp health and promote relaxation, contributing to our clients' overall well-being. You will also educate clients about our services and products, ensuring they leave our spa feeling rejuvenated and cared for.

What You’ll Do:
Provide a variety of scalp treatments designed to enhance scalp health and relaxation.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Educate clients on the benefits of scalp health and wellness.
Maintain detailed client records to ensure a personalized experience for repeat clients.
Ensure a clean and serene environment that enhances the client experience.
Promote our range of scalp and hair care products, services, and packages.
Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the spa is prepared for daily operations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in scalp care and wellness.
Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible service to clients.
What You’ll Bring:
Must-Have:
Active California Cosmetology or Barbering license.
Experience in providing shampoo treatments, hair styling, scalp treatments or similar wellness services.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client care.
Ability to provide exceptional service in a relaxing, high-end spa environment.
Knowledge of scalp health and wellness practices.
Attention to detail and the ability to personalize treatments to meet individual client needs.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Nice-to-Have:
Massage and/or Esthetician experience.
Experience in a luxury spa setting.
Sales skills and experience with promoting wellness products.
Continued education in scalp and hair care.
