We are currently seeking talented and preferably experienced Head Spa Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of salon/spa services, including scalp massages, treatments, and facials. At least 2 years of experience in a salon/spa setting preferred, the Head Spa Technician will provide exceptional services to our clients, focusing on scalp health and relaxation. Basic knowledge of facial treatments is also preferred. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Perform head spa treatments according to protocol.
- Analyze clients' scalp condition.
- Administer scalp detoxification and treatments.
- Educate clients on scalp health and recommend at-home care routines.
- Perform facial treatments.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed cosmetologist or Barber in California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a salon or spa setting preferred - a plus if you have head spa experience.
- Basic knowledge of facial treatments preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in basic English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to head spa treatments.
