Our rapidly growing company is looking for experienced full-time District Manager to manage a team of salon managers and ensure the smooth running of our salon, management of the properties & the beauty retail sales environment.
The ideal candidate:
Be a highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual
Possess excellent people skills
Possess strong high-level management qualities
Possess strong leadership qualities to manage, mentor and grow reporting individuals
Ability to deescalate situations and be objective in finding fair resolutions
Ability to remain poised under pressure and address a situation head on
Have a high level of problem solving skills
Have a high level of self-discipline and self-accountability
Ability to reach various goals and maximize the company's growth potential
Experience in Regional Management of Residential/Commercial Leasing & Property Management environments
Beauty Industry Management experience a plus
Preferably have basic accounting/ledger reading skills
Must have intermediate computer knowledge
Must be willing to travel
