We are looking for an experienced Tennis Professional who is available to:
1)Teach 8-10 hours of group lessons a week after school for beginner children ages 4-10 years old (2:30-5:15 three to 4 weekdays)
and
2)Build a private & group lesson clientele teaching tennis weekday mornings to Adults, and at least one weekend day to adults and children.
3) If you teach Pickleball and/or want to learn, then we have a need for pro who can also teach pickleball.
We have two facilities where we need a pro: Tiburon & Ross Recreation.
Local Coaches only. Must live in the SF, East, or North Bay Area. South Bay is too far.
Experience:
3.5 to 4.0 level tennis player who loves working with kids, is reliable, and has the ability to think on their feet and convey their love of the game to players who are eager to learn, then we want to hear from you!
Higgins Tennis, Inc. will offer a paid orientation and training of our teaching method before you begin and a competitive hourly rate thereafter. Pay range $50-$70/hr for group lessons. $70-85/hr private lessons. Plus percent bonuses for developing Adult Tennis & Pickleball lessons & new programs like tournaments. No Salary. 401k through CalSavers. .
Candidate must have a car or live very close to our facilities.
Because you will be working with kids, all candidates will be Livescan screened and must pass a Federal & State Background Check
