Looking for esthetician/lash tech/brow artist/body waxing specialist to share beautiful fully furnished studio in a well established spa. I am a well established esthetician and have been running a successful esthetics business for five years specializing in facials and makeup artistry. I am currently on maternity leave and when I return next year I will have very limited availability, leaving my studio empty several days of the week. It’s a beautiful and well designed space and could be put to great use by the right person!
I am open to someone with any amount of experience, whether you already have an established clientele or are just starting out and would like to build your business up. Flexible days and hours available. Rent would be on a month to month basis. Daily rates available with a monthly commitment.

-CA Esthetics or Cosmetology license
-Liability insurance
-Business license with City of San Bruno (can obtain later)
-Instagram or website with portfolio photos
