We need you to help execute processes and build systems to streamline activities and increase our team's overall productivity and happiness.
We need someone who our team can turn to to problem solve and help us continue to change the lives of our members through strong, fun and consistent yoga classes.
I’m looking for someone who is an organized nurturing spirit, patient, who likes to take care of people and finds fulfillment in listening to others. Someone who thrives in a team environment, but can also work independently for the greater goal of helping the team achieve success.

Your written communication needs to be perfect and you should have a great sense of organization and structure in all things you engage in. If it’s meeting summaries, research or simple emails.

Some basics you probably care about -
“When do we start?” 1-2 weeks.
“Where do you need to be?” Within 30 miles of our studios in Marin County, CA.
“Is this a short term or long term position?” Long term. Hopefully, many years.
“Do I need to be available 24/7?” No, we’re human. But you will have on call shifts and help when needed since this business does not stop when 5 pm hits.
“What about pay?” This is a performance based pay role. We start this position between $70-75k per year. That said, the last thing we want to do is make you feel like you’re underpaid or like there isn't enough opportunity to enhance your wealth. Raises, bonuses, and commissions are definitely on the table.

What You Bring
3+ years of sales management experience; wellness or fitness experience preferred
Leadership experience and ability to create a positive work space
Attention to detail and follow through; highly organized and ability to multitask
Ability to manage all revenue streams from membership to retail
Enthusiastic, outgoing and engaging
Team player; works well with others
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Proficiency with computers and studio software

Job Responsibilities
Manage all studio sales, operations, KPIs and customer service
Drive membership sales and hit monthly targets
Create excellent customer experience; maintain high retention rates
Proficiency in MindBody; reporting, revenue and all studio metrics
Manage and oversee all scheduling and bookings
Supervise and develop team of front desk ambassadors and teachers
Enforce Red Dragon Yoga policies and procedures; maintain clean and organized studio
Lead/plan regular management and team meetings
