Key Responsibilities
Design and lead engaging fitness classes tailored to various skill levels and age groups.
Provide individual support and modifications to participants as needed.
Educate clients on proper form, technique, and fitness principles to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Monitor class attendance, progress, and client feedback to continuously improve offerings.
Maintain a positive, motivating environment that encourages members to achieve their goals.
Assist in promoting the Dojo's programs, events, and memberships.
Ensure the fitness area is clean, organized, and equipped at all times.
Qualifications
Certification in Group Fitness, Personal Training, or a related field (e.g., NASM, ACE, AFAA).
Proven experience as a fitness instructor or trainer.
Strong knowledge of fitness trends, techniques, and safety guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels.
CPR/AED certification required.
