Guest Services Spa Coordinator
Compensation: $20/hour + monthly bonus (after 30 days)

We focus on using organic, locally sourced products to provide an unparalleled wellness experience in a tranquil, community-oriented environment. Our guest services team is responsible for helping to create this healing experience for our guests, starting with booking the appointment to checking guests in and out during their time here.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism.
Handle bookings, guest inquiries, and phone calls with precision and care.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure seamless spa operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong computer skills and a professional phone demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Availability for Sunday, Monday, and Thursday morning/afternoons/evenings, with flexibility to sub during weekdays.
What We Offer:
Starting pay: $20/hour + $4-$6/hour in monthly bonuses (after 30 days).
Eligibility for raises after 90 days and after annual reviews.
