Surrounded by the county’s best health focused businesses, Femme & Fellow offers “All Things Good Hair.” We offer health and fashion forward styling products by the highly sought after Kevin Murphy and R&Co, Olaplex, and Jane Iredale makeup. We offer on trend hair services to our clients and monthly in salon classes for our stylists.

Femme and fellow offers part and full-time rental and commission positions. With a, “strength based” focus, utilizing and encouraging your unique talents, we help and encourage each other to build and learn.

As a Femme & Fellow Stylist, you will:
Perform amazing hair cuts, colors, extensions, blow outs, styling
Provide over the top client experience! From the warm and friendly greeting at the door, to the thorough consultation, expert execution and appropriate product recommendations and pre booking, our clients feel well taken care of with consistent amiable service.
We love to sell the best products on the market and it’s easy because our clients love and trust that we have their needs at heart and we have the best reps to educate us.
We keep the salon beautiful! Stylists side work includes daily station and shampoo bowl cleaning, dishes and color lab cleaning. folding towels, sweeping.
Daily posting of your amazing work to our salon instagram utilizing our beautiful patio, light ring back drop and professional camera.
We also love to salon meetings to touch base, set goals and connect, go to dinner and build that genuine team environment.
Femme & Fellow is looking for stylists who are:
Licensed in the state of California
Skilled and are amazing at Hair
Self motivated with drive and a desire to provide exceptional service
Strong communicators
Able to work as part of a team.
Willing to work some evenings and weekends
Willing to learn and be collaborative.
