Comfortable putting together playlist, workout sequence, speaking on the microphone. Additional training/guidance can be provided. Warm, welcoming environment. Lots of parking / along N-Judah line.
Studio located in the Outer Sunset, open 7 days a week.
Hours range from 6:30am-1:30pm, 5:00pm-8:00pm.
