Are you a stylist looking to get back into the business, have clientele but not enough to rent a station yet, or perhaps new to the area?
I have a boutique salon in downtown Los Gatos with good parking. I am looking to find someone to assist me with cleansing, tint applications, blow drys etc., with the intention of getting to know my clientele and booking them when I go out for a period of time off.
I will be cutting my hours back when I come back to work, so this is a good opportunity for the right person to work in a positive, calm environment with good vibes, good music and super nice clients, some have been with me for many years.
Most are open to changing and refining their styles. I like to make 'hair plans', so there is always something a bit different to look forward to and keep things fresh.
If you are travelled, that is a plus. Lots of conversing about places to see and things to do!
Compensation is to be determined. Could be exchange for station rental/tipping out is one thought.
