Job Description:
Conduct client-specific massage therapy sessions with excellence.
Uphold our high standards and protocol adherence.
Forge lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Prep treatment areas meticulously for each session.
Requirements:
Current Massage Therapy License.
Expertise in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Pre-Natal massage.
Stellar communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
Physical ability to perform up to 5 hours of massage per shift.
Up to date with vaccinations & boosters.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in spa or wellness environments.
Advanced training in specific massage therapies.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive earnings averaging $70-80/hour for massage sessions.
Guaranteed $16/hour for downtime.
Schedule:
Ideal candidates will commit to Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts with optionality for additional weekday shifts.
Full time therapists will be given priority in shift selection.
