I’m a permanent makeup and lash artist looking to share my large studio space available in downtown Walnut Creek.

You will have your own work station to set up the way you like within the suite. Currently offering up to 3 days a week as we will be working separate schedules.
Tuesdays & Fridays only - $900/month
Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays - $1500/month
I’m open to some flexibility with days/hours, so let me know.
This is an ideal opportunity for an esthetician, lash artist or permanent makeup artist as the studio is already permitted for these services. However, open to other professionals who are interested.
