About Us;

At La Boutique, we are more than a beauty and wellness spa—we are a destination where our clients come to feel empowered, polished, and radiant. We offer result-driven grooming rituals that help our clients look and feel their best every day, with services designed to save time and enhance confidence.

We are looking for a “Front of the House” who will embody our values of professionalism, adaptability, and exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every visit to La Boutique is unforgettable.

Who You Are

You are a professional, adaptable individual with a passion for customer service and interested in the beauty and wellness industry. You thrive on building connections with people, solving problems, and ensuring every detail runs smoothly.

You also know how to "set the tone" in any situation—like a thermostat—remaining calm, composed, and in control even when things get busy. You’re a natural leader when it comes to creating a welcoming, harmonious environment for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care:

- Be the welcoming face of La Boutique, greeting clients warmly and creating an exceptional first impression.

- Cater to client needs by offering beverages, hot towels, blankets, or heaters to ensure their comfort.

- Assist clients in finding ideal appointment times, even when scheduling appears tight.

- Promote services and confidently recommend solutions based on client needs (soft, persuasive selling).

Administrative Tasks:

- Manage bookings, rescheduling, and client inquiries via phone, email, and text.

- Maintain accurate data entry in booking systems (training provided).

- Relay client concerns or dissatisfaction to management while ensuring the client feels supported.

- Assist with social media shoots and other light marketing tasks as needed.

Salon Support:

- Open and close the salon, ensuring all areas are prepared and welcoming for clients and team members.

- Perform light housekeeping, including mopping, vacuuming, and taking out the trash.

- Assist with putting away laundry and keeping common areas tidy and inviting.

- Run occasional errands (e.g., mail, supplies).

- Support practitioners with setup and operational flow.

Client Relationship Building:

- Follow up with clients post-service to gather feedback and note improvements.

- Encourage pre-booking of appointments and promote current perks or offers.

- Build lasting relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and trust.

What We’re Looking For:

- Availability: Must be available on weekends and committed to 25-30 hours per week. Could work half day shifts if you are already employed elsewhere.

- Professionalism: Adaptable, reliable, and polished, with a natural ability to make clients feel welcome.

- People Skills: A natural at connecting with others and setting the tone for a positive and harmonious environment.

- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred; spa or beauty industry experience is a plus.

- Skills:

- Strong communication and time management skills.

- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, Microsoft, Apple apps).

- Physical ability to lift 25lbs and perform light cleaning tasks.

- Personality: A self-starter with critical thinking skills and a “yes, can-do” attitude.

- Passion: A genuine curiosity about the beauty and spa industry and a desire to grow within it.

Perks & Benefits:

- Bonuses & Tips: Additional income opportunities through client tips and performance-based bonuses.

- Complimentary Spa Services: Enjoy the services you help clients love!

- Flexible Scheduling: We understand life happens and offer flexibility for occasional schedule changes or time-off requests.

- Growth Opportunities: Join a supportive team that values your contributions and provides ongoing training and development.

- Fun & Collaborative Environment: Work in a polished yet friendly space that celebrates teamwork and shared success.

What to Expect:

While we have an extensive training program to ensure you feel fully equipped for success, we’re looking for someone ready to jump in and make an immediate impact. During your first month, we’ll provide one-on-one support to help you settle into the role while building your confidence and skills.

If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and want to be part of a thriving, dynamic spa environment, we’d love to hear from you.

How to Apply:

Please send your resume and a brief cover letter detailing why you’re excited to join La Boutique. We can’t wait to meet you!
