Position Details:
Reports to: Team Lead
Type: Part-time and full time is available
Availability: Afternoons, evenings and weekends required
Starting compensation: $24 and up DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with current and potential clients.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Boost revenue by achieving weekly sales goals for retail and services.
Maintain a clean and inviting studio environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year commitment.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Problem-solving abilities and initiative.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Flexibility to work varying shifts and extended hours.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Red Dragon Yoga's offerings.
Strong computer skills; experience with Mindbody Online is a plus.
Knowledge of the yoga and wellness industry.
Ability to sell memberships, workshops, training, and retail products.
Educate guests about our offerings and products.
Accurately manage bookings and transactions using Mindbody Online.
Compassionately enforce studio policies.
Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and organized studio.
Support management by providing feedback on studio needs.
