Our Dream Stylist:
We’re looking for a stylist with a team-player spirit. While we work independently, we’re all about making sure every client has an amazing experience. We aim to help each other out when needed—from sweeping up a station if a teammate is busy to assisting with formulations when asked. We want someone who’s all in on creating a fantastic environment for clients and stylists alike.
We’d love a stylist who’s passionate about their career—not someone who’s losing sleep over it, but someone who shows up with enthusiasm, is eager to learn new skills, and is committed to improving in both business and technical areas. Integrity and trustworthiness are key here; we value honesty in both words and actions. We foster open communication, and I’m excited to hear the ideas and opinions of every stylist who joins us. Rest assured, all input is valued and taken seriously.
As for experience, if you’re already booth renting and this resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you! But don’t hesitate to apply if you’re newer behind the chair and just starting to think about booth rental. A couple years behind the chair and a few of your own loyal clients would most likely set you up for a better outcome, but we’re open to conversations with those considering this next step.
